Abby was raised in McMinnville, TN where she trained at Paula’s Dance Academy for 15 years. Abby progressed her dance career by working for Varsity Spirit on UDA Staff. As a UDA Staffer, Abby was able to travel nationally to teach UDA material and dance technique to middle school, high school, and college dance teams. Abby was a member of the Middle TN State University Dance Team where she danced 4 consecutive years, competed at UDA and NDA College Nationals, and was a 2-year Captain. She has had dance appearances in music videos, on ESPN, FOX-sports, etc.

Abby is a passionate dance instructor and choreographer. She enjoys traveling to teach master classes and is especially experienced in teaching choreography in the jazz, pom, and hip hop styles. Abby has choreographed multiple award winning nationals and gameday routines for middle school and high school dance teams. She currently coaches an award winning All Star Dance Team in McMinnville, TN. 

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, Abby is excited to bring her knowledge of anatomy, health and fitness, and exercise science to her dance students.
